Phuket Kata Resotel, Kata Beach (Phuket)

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, the rooms were really rundown and not at all what I expected from a 4-star hotel. It felt more like a 2-star experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort. However, the overall service from the staff was a positive note amidst the negatives.
